Qualifications for an elected official
- #PRESIDENT - Must be a registered and active member of LITSU for at least one (1) year and must be a second-year junior or senior student and has a 3.0 GPA. Must be an active student of any ICT university in Liberia. He/She must be clear of all financial obligations as enshrined in the constitution before the election date. Must have a good moral character and a good working relationship.
- Note: This also applies to the VICE PRESIDENT position.
- #SECRETARY GENERAL - Must be a registered and active member for at least one (1) year and a Junior student who has completed 52 credit hours and has a 2.5 GPA. Must be an active student of any ICT university in Liberia. He/She must be clear of all financial obligations as enshrined in the constitution before the election date. Must have a good moral character and a good working relationship.
- #FINANCIAL SECRETARY - Must be a registered and active member for at least one (1) year and a Sophomore student who has completed 52 credit hours and has a 2.5 GPA. Must be an active student of any ICT university in Liberia. He/She must be clear of all financial obligations as enshrined in the constitution before the election date. Must have a good moral character and a good working relationship.
- #All Chapters Chairpersons- Must be a registered and active member for at least one (1) year and a Freshman student who has completed a semester and has a 2.5 GPA. They shall be a member of any religion(s). Must be an active student of any ICT university in Liberia. He/She must be clear of all financial obligations as enshrined in the constitution before the election date. Must have a good moral character and a good working relationship.
- #Champlain - Must be a registered and active member for at least one (1) year and a Freshman student who has completed a semester and has 2.5 GPAs. Must be an active student at any ICT university in Liberia. He/She must be clear of all financial obligations as enshrined in the constitution before the election date. Must have a good moral character and a good working relationship.
TIME LEFT FOR SUBMISSION!
Each party is required to submit the names of all candidates on or before February 16, 2023. However, the partial submission will be permitted before the deadline elapses.
